The island is breathtakingly beautiful, and our location let us know it. The yoga with instructors Anna and Hannah was excellent - they really took care to address the different levels and abilities and make it an inclusive space for everyone. Dominic, who runs the show, is super kind, creating a really relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. He cooks delicious food AND takes us on daily excursions to hidden gems around the island. What more can you ask for? Weeks later, I still feel joyful, as if the whole vibe there recalibrated something inside me. I definitely recommend!

I got to also explore my creativity to expressing my artist side which was beautiful as it fitted perfectly with my intention that was set that week. Dominic, the hosts Ella, Kayleigh and Kim, Carl the dog and Jo and Anna the yoga instructors were so welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, relaxed, and easy going. As soon as I walked into the Villa I felt at home. Each excursion, class, experience and meal is well thought out to give you the best experience. Dom makes sure that you spend just enough time doing each part of the retreat so that you get the most out of your time. You can tell he puts his heart and soul into each retreat. The time that goes into the food prep, the homemade desserts and the little touches such as individual cool bags for the beach, chocolates on your pillows when you arrive and themed nights goes above and beyond. Yoga and meditation were both relaxing, challenging, fun, soul searching and profound. Oh and breakfast is out of this world!! There's so much to say I've probably missed loads out. Would highly recommended and will hopefully be doing retreats with Dom and Co in the near future. On a side note this was my first solo holiday and I met the most amazing people! What's not to like. The food was incredible and retreat house was great, the location was perfect too. You can walk to the beach within 5 minutes. The week was well organised with lots of choice for extra excursions but if you weren’t feeling it you could easily laze around the villa and pool with a book. I can’t wait for the next Anna. X
