With over 25 years of experience in real estate, Helen Ellis, the company’s CEO, has previously worked extensively for corporations, independent agencies and as a freelancer. Since starting her first agency job back in 1988, Helen has particular expertise in development land, new builds, re-selling properties, advertising and marketing.

Helen first moved to Spain back in 2005 and hasn’t looked back since. Having called the Costa del Sol her home for over a decade and raised her family here, Helen can provide first hand advice and insider tips on the area; covering everything from the beaches, unmissable restaurants, fantastic festivals to the excellent schools dotted along the coast. For expats concerned about the language barrier, Helen is fluent in Spanish and works alongside lifelong residents of Andalucía.
