El objetivo de nuestra asociación es establecer una base de trabajo para la cooperación entre artista de diferentes disciplinas, procedentes de diferentes países del mundo a través de "Encuentros" llevados a cabo por todo el mundo, orientados por Gestores Culturales en cada país anfitrión. La finalidad es generar una red de apoyo entre los artistas para el intercambio cultural que posibilite el ingreso de personas de todas partes del mundo sin barreras económicas, creando instancias de trabajo que nos llevarán a trabajar en bloque y lograr objetivos precisos en torno a las artes, el intercambio cultural, el conocimiento de las diversas culturas y costumbres de cada país generador del Encuentro y los participantes, eliminando así las barreras y logrando una globalización cultural "real".
We are three friends who live in different parts of the world, we want to promote MEETING artists and merge the different disciplines and cultures at one point in common, a passion for art.
The aim of our Association is to establish a working basis for cooperation between artists from different disciplines and countries through "Meetings" held worldwide, guided by Cultural Managers in each host country. The purpose is to create a supporting network among artists to promote cultural interchanges that enables the entry of people from all over the world without economic barriers, whose collaborative work leads to achieve specific objectives around the arts, eliminating boundaries and achieving a "real" cultural globalization.
I.M.A., International Meetings of Art, is an Association that promote meetings where artists’ participation is free of charge.
The artists agree to perform their works for about 10 days.
The stay is free at no cost in all activities under the Meeting, among which, conferences, workshops, debates, exhibitions, etc. Participants only need to pay for their air, sea or land ticket to the meeting place. In the same way, the artists compromise themselves to donate some of the performed works (two or three jobs).
Regarding the deadline for the meetings, it is established and accepted by the participants. This feature is similar to all those made abroad.
I.M.A. seeks to develop strategies for artistic display time of each host country, giving an international perspective among the other countries where IMA wants to continue its work.
I.M.A. hopes to develop this kind of meetings over as many countries, in different versions and artistic disciplines, thus becoming a meeting of Art, made up of artists from different parts of the world, maintaining the same characteristics of work and collaboration between artists participating.
I.M.A. is defined as an artistic association that brings together in one room and work space consecrated and emerging national and international artists looking for a relationship between them in order to encourage both cultural exchange and knowledge, enriching themselves from the experience.

The Association I.M.A. It aims:
• To contribute and incentive for every artist has the opportunity to use international platforms as a means of distributing their work without prejudice to its economy.
• To develop the Association I.M.A. as a partnership that brings the world of art to the community and generate interest to incorporate sponsors in each country. These sponsorships help to create new and better conditions of work and will enable the cultural and knowledge exchange between artists, giving scholarships to specific entities, working materials, facilitating exhibition halls, collaborating on various expenses arising from the reception in each country, performing informative interest cultural tours, etc.

The aim of the association is to establish a working basis for understanding and cooperation between the artists themselves, promoting and enhancing the heritage and cultural exchange between relevant persons and entities.
To achieve our goals, we constantly promote the relationship between artists and our IMA Association
Moreover, with the participation of people from all over the world in our meetings and exhibitions stablished in different places, each person will help to create an understanding of the contemporary art in their respective countries.

Create a contractual partnership with the Association IMA, represented by the various "Managers" at each site for the definitive incorporation in all the meetings around the world of international artists.

I.M.A.PROJECT MISSION
As a non-profit association IMA-International Meetings of Art, the efforts are always directed towards coexistence, teaching and learning among the participants themselves. From this premise on, the goal is to create a support network among artists for cultural and artistic exchange that enables the entry of artists from all over the world without economic barriers, creating bodies of work and achieving specific objectives regarding the arts and cultural exchange.
To become a benchmark not only in the countries to meet, but in the whole world for its heritage excellence, rigor documentary, narrative strength, consistent proposal of activities and educational capacity.
This means that I.M.A. is recognized and appreciated as an Association that:
1. Allow people accessing the IMA meetings have a learning experience that will help enhance their development and critical thinking.
2. Own a clear identity as a center of innovative learning that uses the most varied resources and communication techniques and education.
3. Link closely to the artist, his work with that of others, becoming an engine of cultural transformation and satisfaction to the world.
4. Keep as a cultural event, a paradigmatic and referential position in the field of artists, museums and art centers, and arouse desire to collaborate with her.
5. Lead strategic alliances with other organizations, centers and museums.
6. Constitute a meeting point for many cultural and social initiatives.

Who Should meet the I.M.A.
Local artists and / or foreign, adults, dedicated, emerging professionals, amateurs and / or anyone who has among its concerns work around the arts and has among its values to share, teach and learn from their experiences .
TEMPORALIZACIÓN
The meeting will take place during approximately 10 days, between the (Start Date and End Date). At this time the artists are physically working in the space agreed. After the end of the meeting, the artworks will be donated to IMA for the purpose of canceling expenses associated with the meeting, trying to create a fund for conducting IMA meetings.
SCHEDULE OF I.M.A. ACTIVITIES PER DAY
This scheme is exemplary of a meeting, but each host city will present its own, according to their geographical areas, seasons, times, opportunities, etc in order to achieve the greatest benefits for the artists.
Day 1: Hotel Check-in and welcome to artists.
Day 2: Delivery of materials, presentation of the workspace and start of implementation of the specific work of each artist. End of the day: 20:00 hours. Then free time.
Day 3: Day meeting in workspace established. Day beginning at 10:00 hours. Lunch break 13:30 pm approx. End of day 20:00. Then free time.
Day 4: Day meeting in workspace established. Day beginning at 10:00 hours. Lunch break 13:30 pm approx. End of day 20:00. Then free time
Day 5: Day meeting in workspace established. Day beginning at 10:00 pm. Lunch break 13:30 pm approx. 14:30 Cultural tourism.
Day 6: Day meeting in workspace established. Day beginning at 10:00 hours lunch break 13:30 pm approx. 14:30. Cultural journey through the city.
Day 7: Day meeting in workspace established.

14:30 Cultural trips to different places of the city.
