Location
Our area is nicely situated in the South-eastern corner of Spain, and has a privileged climate, bathed with sun and blue skies for over 350 days a year. You will find that falling in love with this area is easy with its long warm summer evenings and deep blue skies in the middle of winter. The area offers some of the most spectacular views in the Almeria region.
The province of Almeria features widely varying landscapes and districts from the Velez, with churches the size of cathedrals, such as La Encarnacion in Velez Rubio, and the Los Filabres mountain areas, to The Tabernas desert with landscapes to be seen nowhere else in Spain. The famous Mini Hollywood is located here where films like a Fist Full of Dollars were made. The Wild West village has been perfectly preserved and is a major attraction putting on daily shows and mock gunfights. It also boasts an extensive zoo. There are numerous large towns in our area offering a huge variety of shopping from the thriving open-air markets held in most towns on varying days of the week, to large supermarkets where you can buy almost anything. Customer Support & Building Works
Customer support for us is very important. We do not simply sell you a house, instead we offer you a complete after-sales service on just about any aspect of living in Spain, advice which can be as simple as where to go to buy something you are looking for, to advice on investment and taxes. Building works. We can organise something as simple as sorting out a plumber for a leaky tap, or organizing an extension, a pool, patios or even building you a new house. We give detailed, itemized quotes on all works and can do so prior to purchase should you so require. We also manage all permissions and licenses for you. Visiting the Properties
For visits, we usually make prior arrangements to show you around our properties but we do not organise “Inspection trips”, as we don’t like to feel you feel in any way “under pressure to buy”.
Instead, we recommend that you consider the visit to be a sort of holiday on which you are going to look at properties. We also recommend that you hire a car, you might be shown a very nice house, but you need to make sure that you like the area as well. All the airports have hire cars, book one when you book your flight. You can fly to Almeria, which is an hour away from us, or Alicante, which is 2 hours away from us, Murcia, which is 1½ hours away, and very good for flights from NE England.

Somewhere to Stay
We can offer various options for somewhere to stay, we a restored farmhouse, at a cost of 250€ a week, a villa in the mountains from 275€ a week or there is a very nice B&B for 40€ a night including full English breakfast. Whilst we investigate all the properties we have for sale, we do insist that you have an independent solicitor for your purchase.
