INspira organises workshops, classes, courses of Tibetan Yoga practices, residential or on location, as well as complementary therapies to improve wellbeing and help restore the balance in body and mind.
Inspira is Spanish, meaning “breathe in” and “to inspire”. I chose this name because often, all we need to do is breathe in deeply to connect to our innate wisdom, where the answers lie. This guides us to take the action that reaches the result that is best for all.
By reconnecting to this inner wisdom we take charge of our life. Rather than being a spectator we become a director. Through this connection, we link in to our creative energies that guide us to a life of fulfillment and happiness reaching our highest potential.
The practices and disciplines IN-spira transmits are based upon the ancient knowledge and philosophy of the Tibetans, who believe very strongly that body and mind are connected, and on her personal life experience.
