I have a self-catering Studio Apartment in Santa Ponsa in the Balearics, Majorca.
The Apartment itself is part of the Jardin De Luz complex and offers a pool area, bar & restaurant and is less than 200m from the beach front!

The Apartment is based on the 4th floor of the complex, but there are lifts for easy access.
It is made up of a kitchenette (all utensils provided, including fridge/microwave etc)
A lounge area which also acts as a sleeping area. There are two double sofa-beds, which can be split into single beds if required.
There is also a double bed in the enclosed balcony area, and this can be sealed off from the main room with the sliding doors and curtains, for privacy.
The bathroom has a cubicle shower, no bath.
All Towels and Bedding is provided during your stay/
Ideally would suit a small group or family
All apartments in the complex are privately owned and attract many brits, as Palma itself if a popular destination for UK holiday makers!

Check in is from 3pm (however can be earlier if the apartment has been cleaned) and must be vacated by 11am on day of departure.
The cost of rental is £200 per week. There is £100 deposit to secure your dates and we still have many available throughout the mid-high seasons. Full balance due two weeks prior to departure and on receipt of this the apartment keys can be collected or posted to your home address.
