Historia

This very large beautiful house is set in the lovely valley of Abdalajis on the edge of El Chorro Natural Park. A peaceful village that will meet most of your every day needs. There are many bars and restaurants, supermarkets, chemist, a health centre and banks. Markets on Thursday mornings and an outdoor municipal pool is open in the summer months. Free WIFI is available in the village. Activities available in the local area include: beautiful walks, swimming, climbing, hang gliding. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings. The beautiful town of Antequera is only 20 mins away, and offers an 18 hole golf course, excellent shops and restaurants plus historic churches, museums and a roman castle. El Torcal, a park of geological interest, is close by and offers walks amongst fantastic rock formations. Malaga, the airport, the coast are an hours drive. Alora station is only a 20 minute drive away and has free parking. Return tickets to Malaga cost €4, with a journey time of 30 mins. Accommodation description

Bedrooms 2 and 3 with twin beds.
Bedroom 4 king size bed and en-suite.
Bedroom 5 with double bed and en-suite.
Bedroom 6 with double bed.
All bedrooms are furnished to a high standard.

Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1 (ground floor) with shower, sink and WC.
Bathroom 2 with bath / shower, sink and WC.
2 x en-suites with shower, WC and sink.

Kitchen:
Kitchen on ground floor includes range cooker, cooker hood, fridge / freezer, microwave, sink, toaster, kettle, dishwasher etc.

Utility Room:
Washing machine, kitchen cupboards.


Living Rooms:
Huge Lounge includes large corner sofa,2 x four seater sofas, 4 coffee tables,TV, freeview,French doors to the rear patio We have recently installed a pellet stove which has automatic on/off and is cheap to run & you pay for the pellets used at cost price

Other:
Very large Dining room includes 2 x six seater tables, sofa and coffee table, French doors to the front patio.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
Cleaning maintenance, towels and linen are provided every Saturday, if extra towels and linen are required then these can be provided.

Accessibility
As this property is 2 storey and has 2 steps between the dining room and lounge this property may not be suitable for a wheelchair users.

Outside
The house and garden are fully fenced. The front patio includes flower beds and a grape vine. Patio furniture is included. The large rear patio and garden have many fruit trees (orange, lemon, plum, olive etc). Patio furniture and a gas barbeque are also included. An above ground plunge pool is provided for guests.
