Historia

This is a lovely top floor two bedroom apartment situated in the popular resort of La Zenia. The apartment is ideally located, within walking distance of all amenities- shops, restaurants and bars including a Consum, Mercadonna and Lidl supermarkets, the new La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre and the ever popular Irish bar "Paddy's Point" just five minutes’ walk away. The beautiful beach of La Zenia with its stunning coastal walk is just a ten minute walk away. The lively area of Cabo Roig with numerous bars and restaurants is also a ten minute walk.
The apartment itself is very homely and well maintained. It consists of a sitting room/dining area, kitchen, galleria, two bedrooms (one with king bed and one with double and single beds) bathroom and a balcony overlooking pool. It also has a roof top solarium to take full advantage of the sun. If the beach is not your thing then you can avail of the communal pool. The apartment contains all mod cons including a large fridge, microwave, DVD player, hair dryer, iron with ironing board. Linen and towels supplied. It also has air conditioning.

The apartment is part of a small quiet complex which is a permanent home for many residents. The nearest city is Torrevieja which is about a ten minute drive.
