Klaus Brunmayr Chief Exec Head Chef at Lucy Wang draws heavily on Japanese and French influence. Previously with Portals’ Michelin starred Tristans, Klaus’ cuisine brings together a fusion of flavours from distant continents. His innovative Japanese cuisine with a French twist is the trademark with which Lucy Wang has become synonymous.
