☼☼☼☼☼ The Apartment ☼☼☼☼☼

The apartment is situated beachside Sitio de Calahonda, in the fantastic Mansion Alhamar, which was the first luxury hotel built on Costa del Sol, later converted into individual apartments.

Fully furnished and renovated, 79 m2 surface, classy, comfortable, sleeps four, having one bathroom, a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, terrace with partial sea view, the apartment is ideal for your holiday and great for enjoying everyday life in sunny Spain.

The bedroom has a king size bed which leaves plenty of room to get up on either side of the bed. It features a walk-in closet, perfect for storing your luggage and belongings. Clean linens are provided.

The large living room with TV and DVD player is great for relaxing with a show or movie in the evening. With its own air conditioning unit, is excellent for the hot summer days. It has an extensible and comfortable sofa bed.

The kitchen is fully stocked with most kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes; fridge, electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, hair dryer and washing machine. Clean towels are provided.

We're available if you need us, but we will do our best to stay out of your way, so you can enjoy your privacy. You can text and/or email us and we'll respond quickly and attend to your concern. On the first day of your visit we will show you everything that is to know about the apartment and the complex

☼☼☼☼☼ Other Things to Note ☼☼☼☼☼

The building is close to the Malaga-Cadiz highway. While this offers excellent access to everything on Costa del Sol, it can be noisy at times. The apartment is fitted with double windows to block any noise so you can enjoy your holiday.

The apartment is positioned in the east wing of the Mansion Alhamar building and it offers partial sea view. The other part of the balcony view is the reddish flat roof of the adjacent building.

For LATE check-in (after 10PM) or EARLY check-out (before 7AM), there is a €15 extra fee. Please let us know in advance.

There is NO SMOKING in the apartment, but you are allowed to smoke outside, on the terrace.

Pets are not allowed.

Please be kind, courteous and respectful and treat our home just as you would treat your own.

Set in private landscaped gardens with fountains and waterfalls to the sea, the community has two swimming pools (one suitable for children) and two tennis courts. The complex features a grass area with sun-beds, parasols and a beach bar just by the sea.

Within the building there is a cafeteria where you can have a taste of Andalucian cuisine at affordable prices. You can also access, free of charge, our indoor leisure center with a salon, a gym and billiards room. There is FREE WIFI at the cafeteria, reception area and the salon.

Beachfront, 50m to the beach, 0m to the city center, 30km to the airport, 150m to supermarket, 0m to the bus station, 15km from Marbella, 8km to the Hospital Costa del sol, 1km from a golf resort, 1km from a sports harbour, 90km from a ski resort.

Surrounded by all that you need: bus, taxi rank, supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, medical center within walking distance of the complex. Dining is superb, from the usual bars and terraces to the beach and restaurants. The best golf courses are within reach, just a walk. Marina at only 2km.
