Historia

This beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Villa is situated on the 5 star Polaris World, ‘Mar Menor Golf Resort’ in the Spanish region of Murcia.

Set in a lawned gardenthe the villa benefits from a large roof terrace as well as a good size ground floor patio area.

Internally the villa has been furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge and dining area, all of which have air conditioning and tiled flooring.

Both double bedrooms benefit from ensuite bathrooms and plenty of wardrobe space. The bedrooms are both furnished with 2 single beds in each making it ideal for same sex occupancy.

The resort is just 3km from the bustling Spanish town of Los Alcazares which has a beautiful beach and a huge choice of restaurants, bars and shopping facilities.

The cities of Cartegena and Murcia are both within a 30 minute drive of the resort and offer shopping, sight seeing and historical tourist attractions.

WHATS ON THE SITE

Golf

18 Hole Jack Nicklaus designed course. Par 72 with purtting green, driving range, chipping area and practice bunker. Ten other golf courses all within a ten mile radius.

Hotel

Intercontinental run a 5 Star Hotel on the resort – you can use the bars and restaurants plus the Spa – the pool can also be used at E10 per day in low season and E15 per day in high season, you get a towel and free drink in the price. Beauty Treatments are available in the Spa and often have sepcial offers.

Supermarket

You will find a small but very well equipped supermarket next to the social club. This stocks pretty much everything you would need including a great wine selection – the prices are not bad compared to the larger supermarkets.


Nightlife

On site there are three restaurants and a bar that has entertainmemnt throughout the week with a disco and dancing at weekends. A ten minute walk will take to you to the 'Boulevard', which holds many restaurants from Tapas, to American to Italian. There is a nightclub open at weekends, alongside a few bars where you can sit outside and watch the world go by.
