Mijas Rentals and Sales, S.L. was established in 2009 during the worst years of the property downturn and economic recession in Spain. It was an invaluable start as it taught us that our success is due to dedication to the owners whose properties we list for sale and rent, our ability to achieve realistic prices, and sheer hard work.
Our values remain the same today. We are a small, dedicated and professional real estate company with our staff speaking a number of languages including English, Spanish, Finnish and Swedish. We offer a range of services. Our main and primary business is sales and our selection of properties range from modest apartments to large luxury villas. We also offer rental properties including holiday and long term rental.
The Costa del Sol is one of the most popular, safe and attractive locations in which to buy or rent and we specialise in and around the Mijas and Benalmadena areas.

In addition to our primary focus on sales we offer an excellent range of properties for either long term, winter or holiday rental.
Holiday Rentals - We offer a range of carefully selected properties so the holidaymaker can choose whether they want to rent a beach side apartment, a luxury villa or an apartment situated in a mountain village location. We work with good owners who look after their properties and the result is many holidaymakers book year after year with us.
Long term Rentals:- Many of our properties are already rented out very successfully to clients but we do have an up to date selection on our web page.
Winter rentals:- People, particularly from the Northern and Scandinavian countries want to escape the coldest winter months and the Costa del Sol with its temperate climate is an excellent choice for winter rental. Depending on the property clients can rent from 2 to up to 6 months.
