A client of mine had ABC movers to help him move. After the move we realized there was a dresser that was broken. ABC movers came out and tried to fix the dresser they were not able to but they did reimburse him for the used dresser. The movers were great and the people in the office were great Thank you! An excellent company who went out of their way to help me move, provided great advice when I asked, and solved some tricky packing for an unusual item. The movers were punctual and friendly, worked fast, and were very professional. I highly recommend ABC! Not sure wht the rating is so low, but I have used them twice and would use them again. Doug is wonderful forgot the other gentleman's name, but I am more than pleased with them. Doug treated my items as if they were his. Had a problem with a dresser, they even came back with more employees to figure how to get it up the steps with a sharp turn.I am extremely satisfied. At first the moving staff seemed very professional, they came the same day took inventory and worked very hard to accommodate my move. Then they came to pack up my items; they mainly followed my requests and were,upfront about what couldnt be moved or packed. When it was time to go to my additional locations the guy handling the paperwork acted as if he was oblivious to the other locations and insisted he knew nothing about those. Those items were not included, which wasn't horrible but that wasn't the agreement. I had to sign paperwork that I wasn't able to read, then he told me in order for the items to be shipped and moved I must sign. The next day they came to load items. They were fast and somewhat efficient but took items I said and marked that I wanted to keep behindI'm finding out after I get back up to my loft after they left. Then the movers brought down my cracked tv stand that I had agreed to through away because the paperwork guy said it was unsafe to move. The movers told me it would be okay and that they could add it to the inventory, I told them what the paperwork guy said but the movers said it's okay to move. So the paperwork guy comes up yelling at me. Very rude, I bit my tongue and allowed them to continue. When I FINALLY received the inventory list the descriptions they wrote of my items were inaccurate and leads me to believe they damaged items while they were packing and loading and just covered it up in the descriptions. I personally did not choose them, my company did and I wouldn't use them again. Im actually a very happy employee. I have never worked for a real moving company before, which I thought I wasn't any good at but it turns out im really good at it. But I really wanted to rate the owner, for giving me the opportunity to sharpen my skills, and the opportunity to be one of the family and a job when no one else would I really do appreciate it Traducción de Google En realidad, soy un empleado muy feliz. Wonderful to work with. Moved my family so I could move to my new job. So easy and the employees were so kind. I definitely recommend using them for all your moving or storage needs.
