We will share laughter, breath, sweat, balance, play, great food, evolution.
We will explore freedom and fluidity of body and psyche under a wide variety of conditions, assisted by breath. We will develop balance in stable and unstable environments. Strength progressions will be tailored to fit each ability level, and we will leave stronger and empowered in our strength. Lots and lots of mobility, covering many drills along with all manners of bodywork and recovery tools, from Thailand to Russia and beyond.
