Historia

We bought Villa Real in April 2011 as a result of a marketing email on a cold January afternoon. We had sometimes thought of buying somewhere in Spain but Phil decided that it might be a good time to do it.
Since 2011 the villa has been decorated inside and out. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. The downstairs bedrooms have new beds and all beds have John Lewis and Marks and Spencer bedlinen. The dining area seats 6 comfortably. The villa also has Wi Fi and a radio with an i pod/i phone dock. The lounge area now has a flatscreen TV able to receive UK TV Stations. IN addition we have an XBox 360. We have acquired a number of pool toys, books and board games that are available for use by all guests.
The garden has a decent sized swimming pool. We also have a gas barbecue that gets more use than the one we own in the UK. There is an olive tree estimated to be more than 70 years old. There are citrus trees & a bougainvillea much to Gill's delight.

Oh and why is it called Villa Real? You'll know if you are a football fan.
