Geoffrey BriggsAs a customer for several years and a regular visitor to your restaurant I must write to tell you that your service during the early summer has worsened somewhat.
We have noticed on our last couple of visits how the welcome drink is no longer served, no hot plates are being provided to keep the food warm, the portions are smaller than normal, the liqueurs when paying the bill are no longer served and today we ordered three main courses, the rice was served firstly but was cold when eventually the first main course was served, the second main course arrived a couple or three minutes later and eventually after a further three or so minutes the third main dish arrived.
All of the above we think is a drastic reduction in the service to which we have become accustomed.
Today we invited a close relative from overseas and after telling her how fantastic your restaurant is we left somewhat embarrassed.
We hope that you can take a moment to let us know when we can expect normal service to be resumed.
