OUR Mission and Vision
The Nigerian civil right movement (NCRM) envisages a just and equitable society which can be contributed to through planned mission as a non-profit making, non-partisan non-governmental organization striving to empower Nigerians, promote, reinforce and safeguard human rights and good governance in Nigeria and the obligations of the people both inside and outside NigeriaFor the (NCRM) to be able to forge its way in the realization of its mission, it has a broad objective of 1. creating legal and human rights awareness and empowerment among the general public and in particular, the under-privileged sections of the society through legal and civic Education, Advocacy, Research, follow up of human rights abuses and provision of legal aid.2. The promotion and defend of the rights, especially those fundamental rights of every Nigerian everywhere in the world.3. Promote initiatives for the authorities and public administrations and 4. Promote respect for democratic principles and values

We are noticeable non-governmental organization which enjoys public backing in Nigeria and Nigerians abroad. We stands out as a distinguished organization partly because of the need toward advocating on rights abuses in Nigeria. NCRM is non-profit and non-partisan organization founded on 15th June 2009.

We are registered under the (Llei 4/2008,de 24 d'abril, code civil de Cataluña) in Spain in relation to (la Llai organic 1/2002,de 22 de marc,) the movement guide, We have mandate to operate throughout Nigeria and elsewhere in the World where Nigerians exist. It has its temporary office at CALLE VALLCIVERA 19, 3, 2 .08033 BARCELONA SPAIN.

Operational Plan

IntroductionNigeria is facing serious challenges in the processes of nation building efforts and these challenges make it compelling on the Youth of this country to begin to channel new course for the embattled nation. There is an urgent need immediately to build a leadership base that can keep producing generations of honest leaders on a sustainable basis. Secondly, there is the need to re-orientate Nigerians to imbibe democratic culture. Leadership is wrongly perceived and accepted to mean ‘lords’, and this wrong Leadership perception must be redefined. Generally, Nigerians attitude towards wealth, make individual to assume that money is the ultimate goal and not the means to attain the goals, therefore there is the need to redefine wealth and success in an acceptable way.

The future of this country lies with us, we must strive to break from the past wrong attitudinal values by expatiating the term corruption in its full form and demonstrate that it includes poor management, poor judgmental value, poor decision making process, abdication of responsibilities, lateness etc. To live decently means individual citizen must understand what civility is all about. There is the need to create environment that permits Nigerians to have mutual passion and willingness to obey and respect the law. This is the civil right movement!
