Historia

Grupo Otero lleva 60 años construyendo viviendas unifamiliares en el norte de España y desde hace 8 años, lo hace su tercera generación en Marbella.
Somos promotores y constructores y nuestra pasión es llevar a nuestros clientes/amigos la satisfacción de un trabajo bien hecho, estamos orgullosos de nuestra construcción.
Construimos de forma tradicional: Forjado sanitario, estructura de hormigón, doble capa de ladrillo cerámico y doble aislamiento, ¿suena fácil?

About building, we,in Otero group, use only traditional building system: Suspended floor, concrete structure , double layer of ceramic bricks and double insulation, does it sound easy? It is if you know what you are doing. Without doubt it's the best system to have your home insulated of heat at summer and cold at winter.
Currently, Otero group is involved in the development of more than 40 different projects on the Costa del Sol with a wide range of clients from different geographical points in the world.
