Paquita’s Country Club
Social Club currently has around 200 members and has further membership places available.
The club has been in existence since the end of 1991, and has been organising events and functions ever since.

Historia

Paquita’s Country Club

We meet at El Cid Restaurant and Bar, Benidoleig where we hold the majority of our events.

On a weekly basis we have group meetings for Sewing, Short Mat Bowls, Whist, Spanish Language Classes, and Tombola.

Monthly, we have The Travelling Diners who travel to various local restaurants and experience the culinary delights on offer. Also, weather permitting, we have a Walking Group to explore the local countryside.

We hold a number of social activities including quizzes, race nights, Summer Poolside BBQs and dinner dances, usually one or two a month.

We also have excursions/day trips to places of interest and an annual coach holiday. In fact, there are lots of things to do which involve making and meeting friends and the committee tries to make sure that everyone has an enjoyable time.

For most of our activities you will need to become a member for an annual fee of 15€, but guests are always welcome (numbers permitting) and you can come along and try something out before committing yourself.
