Top-notch service, all-included so you don't need to worry about a thing! Communication was a breeze. Holly was able to customize to our needs -- including allergies and children. She set up the table beautifully with place settings and the night's menu. Chef Piers took to the kitchen like the professional that he is, keeping it extremely tidy during service and cleaned it up in no time. Now... the food! Every course was a piece of art. The presentation was spectacular and a surprise to eat. The freshness of each ingredient to how everything was paired with wine flowed flawlessly. Our children felt like they were on a cooking show and were in awe of how each component of the dish had a place. We can't say enough about how good it was! Highly recommend Chef Piers and Holly for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or just a night off from cooking! It was a treat for all and we won't forget it!

Both Holly and Piers made us all feel so relaxed in the beautiful setting of the Ca'n Ballester Villa where we enjoyed the most amazing food and matching wines. The food was truly outstanding, full of local provenance, delicious flavours and wonderful colours carefully crafted by Piers and served with effortless style and grace by Holly throughout the evening. We have eaten in numerous 1/2/3 Michelin starred restaurants & we all agreed that this his food was hands down one of the best meals & experiences we’ve ever had!! Personally, I have been fortunate enough to be able to travel globally to push my culinary experiences. I’ve had the great pleasure of eating at some of what can be considered the worlds top restaurants, and although “Central” in Lima and “Gagan” in Bangkok truly blew me away, I would easily put the meal that Piers Dawson created at the very top. Refined presentations of artistic masterpieces, featuring flavours and textures that I’ve never had the pleasure of experiencing previously. It was not only visually impecable, but the flavours were explosions of incredibly well thought synergies that were unique and of the highest of standards. It doesn’t end there, the cherry on top for myself and others who dined privately, was the feeling that we were on a feel good food journey ending with a sensation of well-being a true rarity Often when pampered by Michelin star meals, you end up with regret due to the sheer amount of over rich foods which in turn leaves you with a sensation of being rather unwell. Also I must add that Holly, presented an incredibly professional service that could not have made you feel more at ease and taken care of. We all had the sensation that we had known both Piers and Holly forever. Their was never a feeling that anything was rushed or missing, just a feeling of a relaxed but perfectly looked after group of food lovers. So grateful to have had the privilege to taste this outstanding food with such a warm hearted service. I could not recommend anyone more than them both. I wish there was a chance to award 6 stars !!
