Our modern duplex apartment is located directly across from "El Penon" (The Rock), 20 meters to the beach, restaurants and shops.
The Beach House consists of three bedrooms; two with twin beds with balconies staring out to the Mediterranean and one with a double bed looking up to the Castle of Salobreña and the Sierra Nevada mountains.
The open-concept living/dining-room and terrace opens out to the sea and sun so that you can listen to the waves as you relax on the large sofas or around the table enjoying your favourite meal. The house is also equipped with two bathrooms (tub and shower) a full kitchen and laundry machine.

General Management (Guest check-in/out, property orientation, guest assistance, light maintenance)
Cleaning/ Laundry Our cleaners are professionals and are focused on speed and efficiency.
Additional on-site requirements (larger repairs), consulting, project management services
* All properties listed or managed by us must be a registered rental property with Turismo Junta Andalucia with a valid permit.
