Original Pretty nail bar was able to accommodate my daughter and myself the same day for a full set of acrylics and shellac manicure. Sophia and Tyler did an amazing job! Sophia also offered and did some waxing for me even though I hadn’t booked the time for it. She was really sweet and took great care of me , and did an adorable Christmas design for me! We are especially appreciative as the same day we had a disappointing experience at another salon in Grimsby where we were essentially turned away because of a “miscommunication” about what my daughter wanted done that resulted in them telling us they didn’t have the time. We waited over a week for that appointment and it was something special we were doing together for Christmas. Thank you Pretty Nail bar for coming through for us!! They also very sweetly gave my daughter a little gift! It was honestly such a good experience and so so appreciated!
