Hi, thanks for visiting our holiday rental business page. We are property managers for holiday rentals and deal direct with the owners. We are also both estate agents for buying and selling on the Costa Del Sol, Spain. Della Hall originally from Essex has lived in Benalmadena Spain for over 20 years with her family and worked as an estate agent for several years, so she has a vast knowledge of the area. I too use to live in Spain and my family still do, but I now live in Abridge, Essex and I too worked for several years as an Estate Agent for Bairstow Eves in Wanstead London. We work together now and make a great team, I deal with all the UK side of business and Della and her team deals with everything in Sunny Spain, So you can be reassured that when booking your holiday through us that you are in safe hands - Della is always at hand to help whilst your on your holiday and will meet and greet you when you arrive and again once you leave - nothing is too much trouble for us to ensure you have a fantastic holiday at one of our holiday homes. We take great pride in what we do and always ensure that the property is in perfect condition with everything you need.
