The focus of the 1 week program is hiking, exercise, healthy organic nutrition and holistic wellness. The program has some of the best instructors, guides, massage therapists, nutritionists and chefs, and it will really make a difference for you. The program is challenging, but at the same time it is a wonderful experience that gives you more energy and your body a new healthy kick-start that you can continue to build on.
A typical day at Pura Vida looks like this:
* Early Morning Yoga
* Healthy breakfast
* New hikes every day (4-6 hours).
* Healthy Lunch
* Varied fitness classes everyday
* Massage every day (Mon-Friday)
* Evening Yoga
* Dinner - organic, healthy & good
* Varied and relevant talks focusing on health,
exercise and nutrition
* Good night sleep!
