Historia

Quattro Property Management (SPAIN) – CB, is a fully legal and registered property management and maintenance business co owned and run by Andy and Ian Davis.
The business was established in 2007 and specialises in the Polaris World Golf Resorts and other golf resorts in the Murcian region of South Eastern Spain.
We offer a óne stop shop´in respect of property purchase and sales, management, keyholding, refurbishments, home improvement and rentals.
We have connections with solicitors, currency exchange companies, banks and real estate agents.
We make your overseas home ownership a stress-free and enjoyable experience.

We couldn't have asked for any more. The help QPM gave us was fantastic, holding our hands all the way through the purchase. Always at the end of the phone 7 days a week, introducing English speaking solicitors arranging for furniture to delivered whilst we were still in England. I could go on. If you are looking to rent or buy in Spain you won't go far wrong with QPM. Thoroughly recommend.

Original QPM were recommended to us when we moved into our holiday apartment in 2021 in Hacienda Riquelme. It was a repossession and never been lived in. We gave Ian and Andy a list of requirements to do before we arrived in July which included, all light fittings, curtain poles, window blinds, shower screen, additional kitchen units which they matched perfectly by using the same manufacturer. Plus many more smaller jobs. Their knowledge, eye to detail, quality workmanship and many years of experience shone through. Their on going help, support and commitment has been so reassuring for us . Andy and Ian are both very professional, hardworking, friendly, reliable, honest and fully trustworthy and are willing to go that extra mile. They are now our permanent key holders and again their service, advice, communication has been outstanding. It is now our turn to thank them both for all their hard work and continuing support and to highly recommend them for whichever service you may require from the QPM portfolio
