This leads onto an open plan fully equipped kitchen. Off the kitchen is the hallway leading down to 2 good size bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes.

Each bedroom has 2 large patio doors which leads directly onto the private garden. They also have security blackout blinds to block out the sun when sleeping and both have have access to their own bathrooms.

The development has 24 hour security and is close to all attractions and only a short drive to the beach and the capital city of Murcia.
