Muy mala atención al cliente,  te dicen q tienen saturada la cocina cuando pides un plato más, y además te lo dicen de malas maneras y con muy mala cara.  Impresentable q en un lugar de la categoría de puerto portals haya este maltrato al cliente y se queden tan anchos,  el puerto debería tener un control sobre la atención q prestan los restaurantes

Great Chinese restaurant in an amazing location! Food is great - especially the duck pancakes and also fried bananas with ice-cream for dessert. Compared to the other restaurants in the port the prices are relatively low. However, the service could be improved. :)

This restaurant has the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life. After ordering chicken and sweet corn soup and waiting for 20 minutes, I asked was it on its way, I was told to be patient as the port was busy tonight. The restaurant has around 15 tables which is nothing in comparison to the likes of cappuccinos which has over double the amount of customers and service is second to none may I add. I waited a further 10 minutes for my soup to arrive. I ate it and then another 2 couples had been seated in the restaurant. In the time of them being seated, receiving their drinks and ordering their starter, my plate hadn't even been cleared. I called the waitress over and again was told to be patient as they were busy. The waitress finally came over and took my plate and then my fiancé and I waited a further 30 minutes for our main course. Still no sign. I decided enough was enough and walked into the bar to pay for the food/drinks we had consumed and said I wasn't happy to wait any longer and expressed to the waitress at the till how upset I was at such a poor service. Her response was "Lady understand how busy we are you have to wait!!" Her tone was appalling, I then challenged, "I do not wish to wait any longer, there are people finishing their meals before me who came to the restaurant 20 minutes after me and I haven't even had mine yet" she replied, "Lady I can't believe you, look how busy we are." She took my payment, did not offer to try and rectify the situation in any way. Enough said, terrible service, terrible attitude.

Try the duck pancakes.
It is so rare to have a good meal without breaking the bank
