They also told everybody that the land in front of the properties was protected and could not be built on, right now, two years later it is being surveyed for building thus destroying everybody's view of the mountains and ocean which was the only reason for buying the property at all. Approach all their projects with caution and do a lot more research than normally before you buy from them.
