Welcome to your home in the heart of Sitges

This 2 bedroom apartment has been newly renovated to a modern style and the location is truly fantastic with only a minutes walk to the beach. The front balcony faces south, overlooking the main pedestrianised street of Parellades and is bathed in sun shine all day. The balcony is a great vantage point to watch the world go by whilst enjoying your morning coffee or your evening glass of cava.

The comfortable and modern lounge-dining area has a large corner sofa, dining table & chairs, air conditioning, wifi (30Mb) and a ‘Smart’ flat TV connected to the internet.

There is also a charming Andalusian style internal patio, between the lounge and kitchen, that allows natural light to come in and a welcome breeze in the summer months.

The modern kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including; fridge/freezer, hob (induction), oven, microwave, filtered water on tap and a dishwasher. Washing machine is located on the rear balcony.

The 2 good size bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment and both have hotel quality, Flex-Dreamax mattresses to help ensure a good nights sleep. The first room has 2 x twin beds that can be combined with a topper mattress to make a superking bed. The second room has a double bed plus a desk/workstation and leads out on to the rear balcony. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobes space.

The rear balcony faces north, so is in shade all day if you want to escape the heat of the sun, and is very quiet and peaceful.

The bathroom is good size and also recently renovated with a large modern shower cubical.

The apartment is thoughtfully furnished by the owners in order that you may enjoy a relaxing stay.
