Historia

hello and welcome!!my name is sabine and i am a practicioner since 15 years and a certified yoga teacher since 2012. Starting the path of yoga in Germany, taking it to india and arriving in costa rica 6 years ago,
i have been teaching yoga in cahuita for about 3,5 years and opened the “soulcenter” ,a community center with yoga, dance and aerobics

since 2015 i am back in münster now for a while.. :) teaching in various places...

“soul yoga “ is a dynamic class,with emphasis on breathing, attention and awareness , giving time for introspection and relaxation and ‘feeling’.
Not trying to master the poses but using them as tools to help our body, to help us heal and to get to know ourselves a little better.

teaching yoga is my passion and i am happy if and when you leave the class,feeling better than before....
