Historia

Spain Property Plus is a British owned and run estate agent property management company, offering the non-resident property owner the ultimate management package on the Southern Costa Blanca where we have lived and worked for over 20 years.

To date Property Plus manages over a hundred apartments and villas in and surrounding Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and La Finca golf courses, as well as Playa Flamenca, Los Altos, San Miguel de Salinas, Campoverde, Cabo Roig, La Zenia and Pueblo Latino. Some of these properties are looked after on a management basis only and the rest are available for letting.

Our sales department specialize in new build properties, which in todays market are modern, spacious and open plan thus complementing 21st century living in Spain. We are continually searching for re-sales to add to our sales portfolio as well as land for construction, shops and fincas.
