My name is Wendy Noble, I have lived in Oliva for 10 years, I worked in the Marketing and Advertising industry for 25 years and in the last 3 years have worked closely with other estate agents and lawyers, electricity companies, builders, plumbers and all facets of buying a property in the La Safor region.

The seller and their lawyer will produce the Escritura (title deeds) and onc the paperwork has been exchanged all parties must attend the local notary and confirm official ownership. Final balance is to then be paid and keys exchanged.
