Original After deciding we would like to buy a second home in Spain ,we took the plunge and booked a flight . Our plan , view properties we had short listed from  websites whilst at home in the UK . Unfortunately when we started enquiring we found a lot of the properties already sold or not as they had been described and also in reality the locations were not ideal.. Then we made contact with the Spanish Property Team who introduced us to Gillian . Gillian has been so helpful from advising us on locations , arranging viewings , transporting us around saving a fortune in taxis . She has  been a god send ,advising us of the pitfalls and putting us in touch with the necessary trusted professionals needed to make a property purchase in Spain . We are now only a few days from completing the  purchase on our home in Spain , this has been made possible thanks to the help from Gillian who has always been more than happy to help with any queries we have had during the last number of weeks . Buying a property abroad can be a worrying experience , the Spanish Property Team  through Gillian has made this journey a lot less stressful so thank you to all involved .....
