We have developed NICLA Sundalus Villas to help people who are thinking about building their own property in Spain. We provide full support and guidance in design, the choice of materials and, of course, the best location. We understand that it can be difficult to get exactly what you want in a 'strange' land, with a different language and with other rules and regulations than you are used to. That's why we will take you by the hand and you can use our experience, so together we will realize your dream-home in Spain.

De NICLA Sundalus Villas zijn ontwikkeld om mensen die overwegen een eigen huis in Spanje te (laten) bouwen een houvast te bieden qua ontwerp, maar zeker ook qua begeleiding. Bij de bouw van een huis moet rekening gehouden worden met veel aspecten die in uw eigen taal al niet eenvoudig zijn, laat staan in het buitenland. Andere wetten, regels en bouwmethodes maken het zelfbouwen nóg complexer, maar met de juiste kennis en professionele begeleiding kan ook úw droomhuis werkelijkheid worden.
