The property is entered through double electric gates leading to a double carport . BBQ with worktops and sink, also gas barbecue for summer months. Swimming pool (8x4m), large pool terrace. 3 other terraces. The villa has air/con and heating. Garden with roses and mature trees and plants. Casa Tranquila is the ideal spot to unwind and relax while soaking up the sun but is also ideal for walking or painting holidays. There is horse riding nearby and it is only a 30 min drive to the golf course at Antequera. If you wish to visit the coast then Málaga is only 25 mins away and Torremolinos 30 while 50 mins east takes you to the Costa Tropical. Granada, Sevilla and Cordoba, all within easy reach. The ski slopes of Sierra Nevada will take you 1 hour 45 mins by car. Gibraltar is only a 2 hour drive away. 8min away Casabermeja has all the amenities including banks, shops and good restaurants.
