Historia

With the success of my home cooking service and at the advice of all the people that have tried my food. We have now opened up Thai-pas in Torrox Costa (Opening Sat 18th March).

I have been cooking Thai food for as long as I can remember. Growing up in the middle of Thailand in a place called Chaiyaphum I was introduced to Thai cooking by my grandmother. My Thai food has a twist of Esan in it and is as authentic as possible using years and years of family recipes. When im not working im cooking all the time at home for my family and have a real passion for wonderful food.

As well as being an experienced Chef and working at the famous River Kwai restaurant in the UK I also have certificates in Food Management Hygiene Level 1 and Level 2.
