We're a contemporary wedding Planning & Design Company in Andalucia, Southern Spain. Specialising in beautiful, intimate, luxurious, exclusive and unique weddings that truly reflect your individual personality and style. We created The Boutique Wedding Co. with a desire to provide you, the blushing Bride-to-be & Groom with an alternative type of wedding planning & design service. Our mission is to deliver luxurious, creative, design inspired weddings that are unique, stylish, fun and all about you.

We have established relationships with beautiful venues and quality suppliers, some of which can offer locally or organically produced food and drink. Our Venues can host you and your wedding party, in privacy, for a week or more, leaving you time to relax and enjoy! We can offer Spa and recreational services, Yoga, Meditation Sessions....whatever your interest may be.

Understanding that getting married abroad can be complicated and time consuming, we can cover every aspect of your wedding organisation for you. Como proveedor de Catering desde hace 3 años para Lucy y Jesús, debo recalcar la tranquilidad con la que trabajamos para ellos y sus clientes. Siempre extremadamente profesionales, además de correctos son impecables en su trato hacia nosotros, lo que hace nuestro trabajo el doble de gratificante. Enhorabuena Lucy y Jesús!!! The moment we had the initial introductory call with Lucy, we knew she was the planner for us. She kept us calm and informed throughout the COVID pandemic which hit the world a couple of weeks after we chose our venue. We continued to meet regularly over zoom where we chatted about our situations in each part of the world and our options and chance of our 2021 wedding. We spent many calls going through the big and small details of our dream wedding, some of those details we never had even thought about.  Fast forward to 2021 and our decision to move the wedding by a year. We discussed it at length with Lucy about our concerns and worries about proceeding. Once we had made the decision to postpone by a year, Jesus was very promptly in contact with us about new dates our vendors were available etc. It was so seamless and stress free, which looking back is not surprising considering their professionalism and efficiency throughout the whole planning process.  Throughout the 2 years of planning Lucy was always very honest and realistic when it came to our wedding ideas. She was patient when it came to us making decisions and was always there if we needed reassurance or clarification.  The day itself was of course amazing from start to finish, looking back I would not change a single thing and Lucy and Jesus were the main reason for it being such a memorable day. The vendors they work with are friendly but professional and contributed to how enjoyable the day was. I will be forever grateful to them for making our dream wedding a reality.

We first found the boutique wedding co through googling around looking for venues. We were immediately drawn to Lucy’s aesthetic as the weddings showcased on her website looked elegant and refined.  Lucy turned out to be exactly who we were looking for in a wedding planner: professional, thoughtful, attentive to details, organized, generous with her time, and just so friendly! We enjoyed talking with her so much that all our calls went over time by at least 30 minutes and never did we feel rushed to wrap up.  She helped us efficiently narrow down the tough choices of a wedding. The venue search was difficult and took multiple rounds, but Lucy guided us to absolute perfection. We had been hesitant about booking a venue without seeing it but thanks to her extensive knowledge of all the Andalusian venues and her incredible ability to soothe away our worries, she easily convinced us to pick the right venue for our vision. And OH MY, this venue was more beautiful than what we could have ever imagined, the pictures didn’t do it justice at all.  After that, Lucy helped us find all the vendors while keeping our budget into account. I wasn’t aware of this, but some wedding planners only recommend vendors that pay them a fee. Not with Lucy, she recommends vendors solely based on the quality and reliability of their service and never charges them for anything. Over the years she’s built a super strong network of people, all experts in their field. Needless to say, finding and booking our vendors was a breeze thanks to Lucy.  On the day of the wedding, Lucy and her partner operated like a well-oiled machine, setting up all the decorations and working with the Florist and other vendors. They were decisive and accommodating at the same time. Able to roll with last-minute changes that inevitably arise on such a hectic day. Thankfully we trusted all of that coordination to them, and the day went by without a single glitch.  We are so grateful for all the hard work she’s done for us in planning ad coordinating our dream wedding.  It astonished our guests, many of them mentioned to us that “…This is the most beautiful wedding I’ve ever been to…”  and we have to give all the credit to Lucy! Original Our Wedding Day in Spain was honestly the best day of our lives, and so much of that is down to Lucy and Jesus - they planned a day that absolutely catered to our personalities and which completely surpassed our expectations.  The decision of who to choose as a wedding planner is possibly the most important decision you’ll make when planning a wedding abroad, however it was probably one of our easiest!  After our first consultation with Lucy, we felt very assured that she knew exactly what we wanted and how to make it happen.  She really took the time, not only to understand what we wanted for our wedding, but also to understand who we were as people, what we were like as a couple and about out tastes generally.  During the planning process, they really did go over and above to make sure every detail was just as we wanted it. They also have an extensive network of people who they trust and enjoy working with.  Everyone involved in our wedding was fantastic and had only good things to say about working with Lucy and Jesus.  Lucy was also great when it came to styling ideas, and we really valued her opinion on aspects which we hadn’t even considered!  The day itself was beautifully relaxed and just perfect for us. It went so smoothly, however we knew that this was no accident and that Lucy and Jesus were working so hard behind the scenes. So many of our guests commented on how great and approachable our planners were, and we genuinely felt very lucky to have them on board.
