Historia

The Food Alchemist was born from pure passion for cooking & healthy lifestyle. Founder Abi Fox was approached by a friend in Ibiza who had an accident & was unable to cook healthy food for herself. She asked Abi to deliver healthy food to her each week, and as more people heard about this, more people wanted it.

It then grew into cooking for private events including Woomoon, Oceanic and various boat trips in Ibiza. Abi was then recommended to cook on yoga training courses & retreats and is now working full time as a plant-powered chef on the island.

A business born from a pure passion! Abi began her journey with food in 2012 when she started to search for meaning in her own life, with food being a big part of her journey.

With a long time history of stress, digestion problems, headaches and various illnesses, Abi learned she could regain control of her health with understanding her own body and a love of cooking.

Her style of food is inspired by her Indian heritage, with her mum being born and living in India for 21 years. Having grown up around traditional home-cooked Indian food has been a big inspiration for Abi's flavours and asian-inspired dishes.

We exist to merge, health with education, creativity and magical experiences so you can feel empowered from the inside out!
