With a wealth of experience we can help with your property sales and rentals, management and maintenance. We also offer a 24 hour service via our sister company, The Drain Team, and are able to help with legal services and all types of insurance.

Andrea looked at properties for us while we were not in the country and also gave us honest feedback if she thought it would fit our needs. She helped us through the processes with attorneys, insurance, banks, inspections and contractors. We found our dream house with Andrea’s help and she even helped me calm down when I panicked at one point as I interpreted things in a different light than what was actually happening! I highly recommend The Property Team and would use them again if we ever decided to move!

Original This is a company that I would never use again, we rented a property from them in Jalon, they showed us around the property twice and charged us 300 euros finders fee for the privilege. No electricity meter reading was taken on handover of keys which led to conflict with the owners when the bill arrived. They took our deposit money of 600 euros and kept it for themselves in lieu of the fees owed by the owners of the house. I had to get the owners to give me a letter of confirmation that they would accept responsibility for the deposit although they were living in England. In future I will read all contracts more thoroughly lesson learned. I did question parts of the contract and was told take it or leave it ,I had no choice but to take it .
