Ultimate Homes have been representing buyers and sellers of high quality and prestigious homes in the prime areas of the Costa Blanca since 2004.

We have built a clientele, without parallel, and we have attracted these clients due to our combination of qualified, intelligent professionalism, client service and our hard work.

The co-founders and principals of Ultimate Homes are Barry McCormack and Steve Rebbetts. We work as a professional team and between us have many years real estate experience in the UK and in Spain.

We strongly believe that there is a responsibility on the part of the real estate industry in Spain to set out clearly the procedures which apply to both clients and agents, so that there are effective consumer safeguards in place. There are many real estate agents in Spain but very few work in what we believe to be a professional / legitimate manner.
