Independent luxurious Villa for 9 people and 2 babies in Playa de Los Alemanes, Southern Spain.

Villa Amaranta is a 400 m² gorgeous and new property set in a 2000 m² land with a modern and functional design. It provides great style, sophistication and comfort. The house has a reversible air conditioning system (cold and hot).

Due to its strategic location in the beautiful mountains and coastal region, you can enjoy a panoramic breathtaking views to the ocean, African coastline, and the beautiful bay including a stunning lighthouse.

With many large windows that let you enjoy the great light of the area and a breathtaking panoramic view from everywhere in the house. You will truly feel as if you were immersed in nature.

It has 2 floors and a basement. On the first floor, you will find a 60 m² suite, with a 2x2 bed. It has a large en suite bathroom with a modern infinity bathtub. On the same floor, there are other two bedrooms with a full bathroom. Each bedroom has a wonderful terrace with incomparable views.

The ground floor has a 200 m² living room, divided in four atmospheres. There is a Multimedia Surround Sound TV area and a Chill Out Area to relax and marvel at the beautiful views. There is a modern large size family sauna Besides, there is modern and large modern kitchen, a cute half bathroom. In the semi basement, you will find another bedroom with two single beds. it is normally used for a maid, as a utility room or just for those who want to be on a separate floor. In the garage you can park up to 4-5 cars.

The outside, with a beautiful garden, flowers, some trees, is equipped with an outside jacuzzi, a majestic infinity 25 metres long swimming pool perfect for those who love swimming, luxurious garden furniture and barbecue. The children will also enjoy a very nice play area including a swing.

You will be able to enjoy complete privacy and intimacy surrounded by green areas in the mountain, and in front of the sea. Due to its proximity, you can visit Tangier, Sahara and all of Morocco via the Spain - Morocco Ferry situated only 20 minutes away.

It is important to note that Villa Amaranta is located in the most important road of migrant birds from Europe to Africa; therefore, you will be able to see all kinds of birds in the summer.

The enclave where the villa is situated is characterised by its wonderful beauty, as well as the peace and the quietness. You will be able to enjoy complete privacy and intimacy surrounded by virgin beaches, natural parks, green areas in the mountain, and in front of the sea.

BOLONIA with its roman ruins BAELO CLAUDIA (15 minutes driving by car) is an ancient Roman town situated on the northern shore of the Strait of Gibraltar. The town was founded in the end of the 2nd century BC as a result of trade with North Africa. Its history lies in the trade routes serving Europe and North Africa - the town's strategic position on the coast near the Straits of Gibraltar made it a crucial stopping-off point between the two continents. The ruins of Baelo Claudia, with its impressive temple, forum and basilica, and especially the large fish-salting factory, show how important the town was.

TARIFA is 30 a minutes drive which is a vibrant coastal town in Andalusia, popular with windsurfers and kite surfers. The small fishing town of Tarifa features narrow cobbled streets, traditional white houses. You can enjoy a very nice atmosphere there. From Tarifa, you can go to TANGIER, and its famous zoo via ferry. It only takes 30 minutes.

For something different and more authentic, it is a good idea to explore the interior of Andalucía along the ROUTE OF THE WHITE TOWNS (Ruta de los Pueblos Blanchos).
You will enjoy their magnificent views, its amazing history and experience their extremly well and clean decorated streets and courtyards, its food tastes with unique and natural ingredients and a large etc.

Many beautiful white hill towns can be included such as Vejer de la Frontera, El Bosque, Benaoján, El Gastor, Arcos de la Frontera:with its delightful Plaza del Cabildo (with the best views of the area), its churches, convent, bakery (its unique cookies called sultanas), market, etc is a must to stop here. GRAZALEMA another postcard-pretty hill town plenty of quiet, whitewashed streets to explore. Its typical bars offer a wide range of home made tapas. ZAHARA DE LA SIERRA with its beautiful muslim castle & unique olive oil mill.
