The villa and apartment can sleep up to 12 guests.
Reformed in 2007 to retain much of it's original charm.
With it's many terraces, and an enclosed courtyard.
There is an 8x4 pool in a gated area which also has a cover kitchen area.

Historia

The gardens are now maturing nicely and from the top roof terrace you have a full 360 degree panoramic view from the sea right round to the mountains in the north.
The setting is breathtaking and very tranquil just what you need for that relaxing get away.

General Information

The villa is just a 5 minute drive from Competa. this village is 650 metres above sea level and 18 kilometres from the coast, it is one of the loveliest in the Axarquia region. With a population of over 3,500, it is slightly larger than the neighbouring villages; a bustling and attractive town. Though Cómpeta has many modern facilities it remains a rural Spanish village: local farmers still set out early each morning to tend the olive, almond and tropical fruit groves, as well as the vineyards that produce the well known Cómpeta wine. This harvest is celebrated every August in the Noche del Vino with singing, dancing and plenty of food and drink.
