Our wonderfully refurbished modern villa with an elevator and - a HEATED POOL in Riviera del Sol with amazing Panoramic Views of the sea and mountains from the top & bottom terrace. This villa is situated in a very tranquil urbanisation but still within walking distance to Restaurants, Shops & Cafés. The private driveway of the villa takes you into a garage (room for 2 cars) with an elevator into the main house. The villa has 3 Bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. Swedish comfortable beds to ensure a restful vacation. The villa sleeps 6, however, it can accommodate 8 if children are inside the group - baby cots and extra beds are available - luxury, exclusive and very well equipped kitchen - large living room with an open fire place, TV, Wifi, Apple TV and an elegant dining room. The villa is also fully equipped with Air conditioning and underfloor heating in all the bathrooms. Rotating sun bed, chill out area, small gym, BBQ in the back terrace give you pure relaxation. Gym with Paddle and Tennis courts within walking distance (only 2 min drive away) and the Beach only 3 mins drive away. HEATED POOL HAS AN EXTRA FEE PER WEEK.
