Situated in the Calas Picas residential area, Villa Martinez is only 10 minutes slow walk from Cala’n Blanes’ pretty cove/beach and Cala’n Bruch’s beautiful cove with bathing platforms. The Villa is also close to the busier atmosphere of Los Delfines & Cala’n Forcat with its deep cove, sandy beach, AquaPark and shops, restaurants, bars & discos etc. The enchanting coastal town of Ciutadella is only 2 miles away and can easily be reached by Bus or Taxi - if you prefer not to walk (approx. 40 mins.) or perhaps travel by hired bicycle along the scenic coast road into Town.
