Puesta Del Sol is a private detached villa situated in an exclusive residential area within walking distance of the town & beaches of San Juan de Los Terreros, on the beautiful unspoilt coast of Almeria, Spain.

Historia

The villa has a large garden with private pool and fantastic mountain and sea views.

Two bedrooms, one with twin beds, en-suite shower room, and walk in wardrobe, additional twin room with twin beds and family bathroom.

Fully equipped kitchen, with ceramic hob, oven and extractor fan. Dishwasher, & washing machine.

In the lounge area there is a large double sofa bed and separate sofa. TV with English channels & DVD player.

There is a rooftop solarium where you can get fantastic views of the lovely sunsets as they disappear behind the mountains. (Hence the name of the villa meaning ‘sunset’). Outside there is a good-sized rectangular pool surrounded by artificial grass and Mediterranean plants. There is a large patio set with six chairs and six sun beds available for your use.

San Juan de los Terreros offers something for everyone, with it’s beautiful promenade with a range of bars & restaurants, golf courses, lovely sandy beaches, and mountain scenery. There is a very good supermarket in the town which offers a wide range of products including English brands. Nearby, the town of Aguilas also boasts an attractive promenade and Marina, and a wide range of shops, restaurants & bars.

Other places worth visiting are the town of Vera, which has a fantastic Aquapark, and the historical Mountainside town of Mojacar (approx 30km).
