They listen to how you want your hair styling, cutting or colouring and are always there to give expert advice too  the end product is always excellent it has a separate colour room to ensure you relax in a perfect ambience with a glass of cava or a hot drink  and I cannot fault their professionalism. Original If I could leave 0 stars, I would, since I never actually got my treatment. After having waited for 20 minutes for my appointment, I was told by the stylist that she couldn't do it. This was after an entire week of emailing back and forth with the salon, sending them photos of my hair and what I want to do!!!  On top of that, I do not live in Javea but had to drive about 15 miles to get to the salon and they were aware of that fact. I was simply turned away without any offers to mend the situation.  What a waste of time, petrol, and energy! Worst service and organisation I have ever seen. NEVER AGAIN!
