Historia

We love Almeria for many reasons, not least the weather! The driest region of Spain is also among the most beautiful. The coastline is quite stunning, whilst the Sierra Nevada mountains extend down into the region, creating some awe inspiring scenery.

In 2007 we purchased a lovely 2 bedroom (sleeps 4) apartment just 20 minutes from Almeria airport, just outside of Roquetas de Mar, on the La Envia Golf resort. Just 10 minutes drive from the beaches of Roquetas and Aguadulce, we are set 11 feet above sea level, just 2 minutes walk from the 5 star La Envia Hotel, Spa and gold course. Our location is enviable, making it a great spot to get away from it all, or to explore the stunning region of Almeria and beyond.

Now available to let on a weekly basis, we have kept aside one month from mid September 'til mid October for our own use and would like to offer you the use of our apartment for the rest of the year. Whilst we are considering a 3 month winter (Dec 1st - Feb 28th) let at a reduced rate, nothing is set in stone and we would ideally like to let on a weekly basis all year round.

Prices start from as little as £300.00 per week, rising to £400.00 per week peak season; please feel free to enquire as to availability.

Of course, Almeria is a part of the larger region of Andalusia - the most beautiful region in the whole of Spain - so there really is an amazing amount to discover when you choose our apartment as your base. Granada is just 2 hours away, and with it the Sierra Nevada mountains and the world famous Alhambra Palace. Also, Seville, Marbella, Gibralter, Cartegena and Murcia are just a few other great cities within driving distance.

For now, however, we will concentrate on the Almeria and bring you news of the other great (and not so great) places as we visit them.
