Welcome to Blue Square!

Blue Square are a Real Estate company specialising in re-sale and new build properties within France and Spain :)

The company was founded in 2009 on the French Riviera where we now have 14 offices between Cannes and Monaco. In the last couple of years, we have expanded into Spain with two offices within the Costa Blanca, Javea and Moraira.

Blue Square are excited to be able to offer several property developments in the most sought after residential areas of Javea and Moraira. We have a range of bespoke New Build properties available to clientele which are designed for all year round living and are built to an exceptional standard.

Our team is growing rapidly and we now have over 130 staff spread over 16 offices between two countries. We We want to offer our clientele the best service possible and that is why we now have over 3000 re-sale properties on our books to cater for every need. For our new build offering, we work exclusively with our award winning architect partners in Spain.
