The buyer:
We will find for you your perfect home or commercial investment. We take the time to understand our clients and their needs, no matter how diverse, before introducing them to the best properties to meet their requirements. With access to the entire market, finding exceptional homes or investments often long before they come to market – is only the start of our service.
Once we have found your dream house or commercial investment, and when it comes to a final agreement one of our lawyers will make a private contract. In this contract you will find at least: details of buyer and seller, price, specification of property (by escritura and/or nota simple) Also the deposit will be specified in the contract.
After signing this contract our lawyer will take over this process and will investigate all paperwork. You will choose the notary.
After signing the escritura you will receive the keys of your new property. All services/utilities have to be registered in your name. We will help you by doing this.A short summary of the costs, besides the price of the property:
Transfer Tax – 10%
Notary Costs – 1-1,5%
Costs for transferring utility services (for example Iberdrola) to your name.

The seller:
We make sure that the sale of your property is handled with care, discretion, professionalism and enthusiasm.

The selling process will start with a good presentation of your property. We have visited all properties which we show on our website. We will make a presentation of your property and will place this on our website. Besides this we work together with local and international estate agents and they will receive our newest properties including a full presentation.
We will manage viewings and advise on the sale of your property from start until completion.
We will present every offer that is made to you.
Once there is an agreement one of our lawyers makes a private sales contract. In this contract is at least: details of buyer and seller, price, specification of property (by escritura and/or nota simple) Also the deposit will be specified in the contract.
