Cancelé con más de tres días de anticipación una reserva que supuestamente era reembolsable, y posteriormente me dicen que: "Si se cancela la reserva hasta 3 días antes de la recogida del vehículo, recibirás el reembolso completo del importe de alquiler menos 50€ o 40£ para reservas en Reino Unido, en concepto de compensación a AFC." Es decir, que el reembolso nunca es completo porque te cobran 50€ si o si, y si la reserva es menor a esta cantidad no se te reembolsa nada. Publicidad engañosa y servicio al cliente pésimo, por teléfono sólo a través de un 902 y por email tardan mil en contestar.

We rented a Budget rent a car to drive from Seville in early June to Cadiz. The idea was to see the equestrian school horses perform in Jerez de la Frontera and return the car to drop off point in Cadiz. From the very beginning the car park in Seville was near the railroad siding and office inside the train station so the taxi let us off way out in the car park. The was a van with a starter to show us the car, but no benches or seating. Finally we make arrangement for the car, but they have no printed map showing the connecting street to the major highways.The trip from Seville to Cadiz only took an hour. We parked the car in hotel lot overnight to drive to horse show next day. Once we returned to Cadiz, we pick up rail tickets and headed out to where the drop off point was that was near an industrial area. Up the streets, down the streets for over 1 and a half hours, but not Budget office or sign. Frustrated we return with the car to hotel garage where wonderful Inma, at Parador de Cadiz front desk, smooths over our rumpled feathers that the car should have been to the VW dealership, but they had no sign post outside! By the next morning all the staff heard our sad Budget Car rental story, and wish a safe train trip to Madrid. Vacation fun is getting harder and harder to find!
